This series was created during the 2015 Pixie Tangerine harvest in Ojai, CA. I was sleeping in a barn, listening to the rain on the metal roof,
eating Pixies and painting. The totem represented in these works is my anthropomorphization of the "Muse."
Her name is "UZME" (pronounced use-me) I believe inspiration IS. I believe the Muse IS. I believe the Muse is there to be used.
